Even if the grammar IS bad, there is no denying it, the tag is not valid here because
1. As per the wiki, "A gallery comment must exist which details the mistakes or the tag is invalid."
2. It only applies to translations whose grammar is bad, not if that's the original work

1, It doesn't only apply to translations whose grammar is bad; rather, it does NOT apply to translations whose grammar contains errors present in the original language work, I.E. if the translator carried over mistakes the author made for the sake of authenticity. Re-read the wiki, I think you got something out of it that wasn't actually there.

2, it does indeed need a gallery comment outlining the issues. Should have 10 per 40 pages, extrapolating that down we need about 3 for the 10 here. So here you go, I'll beat that by a bit.

First page: First sentence starts with "now", a word used to signify a follow-up to a previous statement, despite it being the very first introduction to the setting. I'm sure there's an exact term for this, but I'll be damned if I know what it is. Continuing on, "Oh, it finished" implies an action taken by the improper subject, in this case the water bottle; properly, it should be "Oh, I've finished it", or, alternatively, "Oh, it's empty." Additionally, the order of the subject and verb are messed up in the last panel; what they've done there doesn't work in english, and should instead list the subject first ("My shirt..."), the action the shirt's taking ("...is clinging to me...") and the reason it's doing so ("...because of my sweat.").

Second page: "Oh, I find a woman in such a country side" is awkwardly phrased; I'm inclined to say it's a tense thing, where find should be an ongoing thing, using "found" instead of "find", I.E. "Oh, I've found a woman". Additionally, "such a" should flow into an adjective describing a noun or verb, but here country doesn't describe the side. Should just be "Oh, I've found a woman in the country side/way out here/in the field/just rephrasing it entirely and going "Oh, I've found someone!". Depends on how literal you want to be.

Third page: More shenanigans with find. "Oh, I finally found a vending machine!" Find might work if this work was in the first person, like the orange juice panel seems to want to be in (I walk further. Finally, I find a vending machine), but here it's direct dialogue that we're merely witness to. English is weird, it doesn't sound right, like the translator's switching constantly between very stiff first person and more natural dialogue on the fly.

There's a lot of weird shit that I and other native English speakers will look at and just go "that's awkward and not right", I'm kinda picking and choosing because I can't give voice as to why some of these things are wrong, but yeah, it should have the tag.

You're right, that part isn't explicitly written in the wiki (though it makes sense that if mistakes from the authors in a translation don't count towards this tag, they shouldn't count in the original work either). I took it from Maximum_Joe, a mod, from this post

- The "poor grammar" tag came about from ONE shitty translator, it was not and is never meant to handle anything outside of translations. We have enough trouble getting people to use it correctly as is.

Edit: taken from the same post: Anything written by the artist/author is not a "translation", it's their own words. "Translation" on this site specifically refers to those that are done by a 3rd party. The poor grammar tag is still not valid

The concept is not bad, and the art, while rough, gets the story across, but the low score is most definitely deserved when the language being used is so poorly executed. If this cannot be tagged as poor grammar, then the tag definition needs to be expanded, because regardless of whether or not it is tagged as such, it IS poor grammar. End of discussion.
