@Shoshon the Elegant: Yes, that is done by Hiroe. Hiroe and Azasuke are good friends and he always gives a nod to his doujins. This isn't the first time Hiroe has drawn Revy in that kind of an outfit, as it's canon that Revy used to work as a S&M mistress in the novels.
