From what I can tell the cover page was commissioned 2 years ago by Nekochank(KianJimenez), but it appears only very recently it got a followup 'story' to go behind it. I'm guesing Skymaster(who is referenced as the commissioner for the cover art) got around to paying for a commission and got Aogami to do the actual 'comic'. I can't find where this 'skymaster' posted it or on Aogami's pages, but it's more like Aogami than anything KianJimenez has ever done.

@Espom Your guess is actually spot on, the cover was commissioned by Skymaster who then commissioned Aogami (as Skylord2086) to draw the comic.

I thought aogami had some sort of integrity and would at least properly punctuate his commissions.

I think his philosophy is 1) He's getting paid for art, not for being an editor and 2) For all he knows, the commissioner may want their characters to be speaking broken English, and the punctuation, or lack of it, could be a style they're going for.
