I feel like 3D comics need more effort than drawn comics because of the unsettling feeling you get from the uncanny valley.

Compositioning with 3D models requires active focus on a lot of things you can just Bullshit (or do subconsciously) When you composition with hand drawn stuff. Panel arrangement is probably trickier too if you don't plan ahead enough.
