You may want to give this gallery a different name, since you already uploaded one with the same and it being tagged lolicon is not a reason it will get expunged so you will keep both galleries.

I'll take your advice, but dang, I figured because I couldn't find it in the search that it was excluded from the search results because of that tag. But now I have a near dupe of the old one- save for a few pictures. I'm feeling a bit of humility over this whole thing now. Thank you for the info.

I already understand that much, but at the time I uploaded this gallery I was under the assumption that the previous gallery wasn't any longer available.
An expunge petition was put on the previous gallery for this updated gallery but I'm still not too sure if that was even the right course of action to follow up with.
I work hard to not make the same mistakes, so if there is any further action I can take to fix this blunder please let me know.
