Okay I notice this sometimes in doujins. Anyone have an answer as to why the artist will sometimes (seemingly at random) swap the censor type? Most of this was mosaic and then randomly swapped to the black bars for a single page. As a rule of thumb I prefer black bars over tiles (and it goes without saying full censorship). So I get a bit miffed when the artist shows they are willing to use black bars but for whatever reason decides to only use it for a fraction of the work :c
