It's not really hypnosis per say. From what I understand of the previous parts, the blue-haired guy can turn men into women (every girl in this was originally male) and make them obey any orders he gives, including turning back into male and other physical transformations. It's basically magic lol.

The maid restaurant manager (Makoto) pissed off Amane: He went back on his word to Takumi about not fucking him if he was able to make him cum, then compounded it by ordering Takumi to get pregnant. Chapter opens with Makoto lying on the ground and Amane comments that he looks like he's feeling good. As revenge, they've apparently planted an order that Makoto will be madly in love with Takeru along with the normal obeying orders. Makoto had apparently forced another employee, Saki, to sleep with him previously. Makoto says he's sorry for what happened with Saki, to which Amane retorts that if that was true he wouldn't have cummed in Takumi. They go to check up on Takumi and attempt a vaginal flush to prevent pregnancy. Takumi is fussing over it, so Takeru orders him to stay against the wall and let him spray.

At that time Amane is trying to order Makoto to give up all his financial info, but he resists. Reluctantly he eventually writes out the info after Amane puts on a friendly face and promises not to misuse the info. Amane then orders him to forget all his financial info. He cries out that he doesn't want to forget, then as he repeats the cry he pauses and wonders... what am I forgetting? Amane asks him if he's forgotten it now, to which Makoto replies again with .... forgotten what? Amane then orders him to believe he's borrowed 1 billion yen from her. She teases Makoto by asking when he's going to pay back the money and he apologizes saying he doesn't have a bank account.

After the flush is done, Takeru orders Takumi to respond if he's pregnant or not, he says yes. He's asked if he wants to keep the baby, to which Takumi flinches and shakes his head no. Takeru says he's to blame for not stopping Amane earlier and orders Takumi to abort the baby (which apparently happens via flushing the uterine wall judging by all the blood trickling down the legs) He then shouts that he loves Takeru and starts kissing him, despite the admonishment from Takeru that Amane will kill him if she finds out. She of course walks in just as this is happening. She informs them that the orders given to Makoto aren't very effective and wonders if maybe him being older is to blame.

Amane has an idea and orders Makoto to become 18 again, including all memories, but he resists. Takeru steps in and reinforces the order to obey and Makoto finally submits. He shrinks in height, hair gets shorter, and bust gets smaller. He's initially confused, but then remembers who he is after what seems like a horrific mental breakdown. To which Takumi thinks to himself that he better not do anything to get them to order something like that for him. Makoto awakens and they order him to introduce himself, to which he responds with his name, being 18, and a first semester student at W University. (He doesn't recognize any of the 3 now, of course since the memories were sealed) He cries out wondering why he's suddenly a girl and Amane informs him he is their maid and slave until such time as he's forgiven. Since the memories are sealed however, he responds saying he doesn't remember doing anything that would warrant punishment, but he'll accept the punishment.

Amane orders Makoto to clean up Takumi's vag orally and for Takumi to accept the treatment. (Licking up the blood from your own aborted.... yeeesh) Takeru yells at her for going too far and she orders Takumi not to cum until she does and eggs Takeru on to hurry up before Takumi can't take it anymore. Although instead of cumming, Takumi ends up peeing on Makoto.

The outro are characters commenting on Amane making his move against the student council, and apparently they also have their own geass, but this guys one only gives him an innate feeling in his head for how much money someone has. (Presumably Amane had transferred all of the money out of Makoto's accounts) Other omake pages outline the character changes for these others, but I'm assuming that was because he decided not to continue the series? Seeing as its been over 2 years now since this was originally released...
