First you don't shout across the fucking street. You walk and call for his attention to yourself in a quiet manner, and ask if you can make a comment on their appearance. If they say "no," then you should thank them for their time and walk away (No harm in trying, even when failure can happen). If they say "yes," you can then tell said person that they have a nicely shaped body, particularly the way it curves under the waist. Once you have followed those steps, then you have made a gentlemanly remark about a worship-worthy posterior.
