That's because this is a sample of a doujinshi and not a web comic or a complete work. To the defence of the uploader though the original artist seems to be Taiwanese, and this work was for the Taiwanese convention and not the major Japanese ones that's more familiar. I suggest to replace (incomplete) with (sample).
