Isn't any change of opinion brainwashing to some degree? I am always amused when a friend has a long talk with me, understands why socialism doesn't work, then goes to an 'intellectual meeting' with some girl and comes back a socialist again. Rinse and repeat.

I'm pretty sure this 'should' count as brainwashing, though?
