Seriously...
- a. Server-down maintenances on Saturdays & Sundays.
- b. Over-segregated servers, because a server would either be in a different region, sub-region, &/or "owned" by a corporate sponsor; which resulted in super-low server populations per server. Which also increased costs to the overall game maintenance.
- c. Terrible subscription service. Lifetimer subs would still have to pay for DLC content/updates. Regular subs would often get charged twice a month because they set the auto-charge system on a 30-day cycle (apparently no one at Flagship Studios was aware that some months had 31-days... -_- ).

Do not get me wrong, Hellgate was also fun for gameplay in many ways too, despite many bugs. But in the end, it was poorly executed and managed. :(
