you CAN legally make this game, you just can't sell it. you can receive donations for you to continue your work. but if you charge any amount Scott could possibly sue you. But considering that he said that anything FNAF can be used, if you did charge he'd probably just have you take it down. Disembowell can't have a copyright on his models (for the same reason you can't) so you safe there. So as long as your ok with hoping people liking the game and decide to donate to your future projects, all your bases covered.
