That first page gave me cancer. Not because of the subject, but because of the squat form. I know this is a porn site and all, but bad squat form, no matter the time/place/medium/whodunit, should never be tolerated.

-Hip crease did not go below the knees
-heels off the ground
-knees are in front of the toes
-as a result of her knees being too far forward, her hips are not far back enough
-no hip engagement
-she even has one hip higher than the other
-her core is favoring one side, possibly because of her hips not being square
-as a result of her uneven core, her back isn't even straight (it's upright, but twisted)
-hands are laying down on the bar (as opposed to holding the bar up)
-her thumbs are actually over the bar
-squatting high-bar as she pushes the bar into her neck (not resting the bar on her traps)
-elbows aren't as tight as they should be when squatting high-bar

In addition to the shitty form, proper preparations weren't even made:
-squatting with gloves on
-her clown shoes are untied (or are very loosely-tied)
-no clamps on the bar
-lifting with CrossFit plates (a mortal sin)
-judging from how compressed the front of her shoes are, the soles are soft (one should always squat with shoes that have flat, hard soles)
