Don't really want to nitpick since this is hentai, but the whole premise is 72 hours (it even title as such). Seem like the brother in-law rape Ayumi during the second night (less than 48 hours), so the next morning it is still less than 72 hours. By the way, it is unknown to Shou that she was pregnant. He is even trying to compete to see who knock her up first during her fertile period. Hinata was just leading him all the way and trolling him like a fool.
