It's funny how a woman can accuse a dude of rape but decline to press charges and people automatically assume the dude is guilty.

Here's an actual quote from one of the women who accused him of "rape", taken from the FA notes leak, and written to Dragoneer:

"He asked me if I had ever drank before and I said no, then proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't give me any alcohol before he fucked me because he had been accused by a woman of using alcohol to her. This made me very uncomfortable. We were the only ones at his house and I was 3+ hours away from home. I insisted that we use condoms, but he would not. Since he was much larger than me (I am 5'2") I felt like he could become violent if I had chosen to leave at that time. So I stayed had unprotected penetrative sex with him at his house. I spent two nights (December 31st 2009, January 1st 2010) and left in the morning of the third day (January 2nd 2010) because I had work later that same day."

So basically by her own admission, they had nothing to drink, and she had consensual sex with him. Guilt tripping someone into sex, if that even happened, isn't rape, and having sex with someone who you are merely afraid might become violent if you don't is also not rape. I would also point out that she was so afraid of his becoming violent, and so violated sexually that she spent another two days with him instead of escaping at the earliest opportunity.

Sorry ladies, but just because you regret having sex with a dude and/or did it out of guilt doesn't make it rape. Stop ruining men's lives because of your own fragile egos.
