There's no need to be that upset about it. The story is realistic enough and sad to say a lot of long distance relationships end ugly. The male lead was at risk of losing Fumi because he wanted to follow his dreams. After that night when she was clearly unfaithful he forced her to come clean and tossed his dreams aside because he loved her, and she reciprocated. It was a bittersweet story. Woman has to live with the fact that he knows she's unfaithful and might never trust her again, and the dude had to give up his career.

Secondly.

Don't judge people with terms like 'waste of DNA' for a fetish about FICTIONAL women being so overcome with lust that they ditch their husband/boyfriend/family for sex. At the end of the day nobody is hurt by reading this unless you take this nonsense way too seriously. Nobody here has paid money for this, nor is anyone forced to read it. Your post disregards the effort the translators put in to deliver this and is disrespectful.

I don't like scat and guro so if i see the tags I know what I'm getting into. No point going through 100 pages of a scat doujin and complaining that you don't like it. That's just plain stupid. If you see the netorare tag on anything, my advice is to just avoid it or download the RAWs since you like the most of us can't read japanese. Don't get me wrong, I understand that these type of stories are meant to stir up some feelings in the reader, but the way the author handled the ending is bad writing (considering how serious the plot was). It's just way too far-fetched and way too ridiculous. It's just that the degree to which the boyfriend is forgiving, the degree to which he blames himself for her cheating, and the way he's going about the fact that he is going to raise another man's child is just unrealistic. Sorry, but it breaks any suspense of disbelief. There is no way any guy with the mountains of evidence the boyfriend had would be this forgiving, give up on his dreams and raise another man's spawn.

Aside from the flaws in the plot, it's clear she's not into her boyfriend. Even if you try to make the case she’s ‘enamored with the idea of having a relationship’ with her boyfriend, it’s clear she’s absolutely ‘NOT enamored with him as a man’. But anyway, I doubt she’s even into the idea of having a relationship with the guy considering everything she said to the glasses guy. So in my humble opinion, she simply uses the boyfriend as a backup plan after the glasses guy was done with her. She may act nice on the outside, but on the inside she is one selfish person who has no problem to use her naïve boyfriend to clean up her mess.

But anyway, I think it would have been better if the boyfriend had at least learnt from this experience, but the author for some reason was hell-bent on giving miss ‘can’t-keep-my-legs-closed’ a good ending and to let her have her cake and eat it too. So in the end it's primarily the contrast between the seriousness of the story and it’s ending that makes me think this is just a case of bad writing.

Again, it’s not the cheating or the NTR aspect that annoys me the most about the story (if it had I would have stopped reading it after the first chapter), but again how the seriousness of the plot conflicts with such an unrealistic ending. There is no way a guy would react like that. This is one of those rare manga where a realistic plot is entirely ruined by an unrealistic ending.

Way late to this one, but I noticed that Ryouta says "the guy threw her away after she was pregnant". It kinda sounds like they did break up there at that café and then she stayed with glasses until he took off to Singapore.
