This comic seems.... Less, somehow than the others. Maybe the lack of any type of explanation as to what started this situation.

I don't want to ruin Bernielover's comics, but Fangmeyer is actually a female Tiger cop and not the wolf's name (I can understand the confusion though, even one of the directors said on his twitter that he thought there was a wolf named Fangmeyer).
Anyway, the wolves have other names. The wolf with the dark fur is named Wolford and the white one is named Grizolli.
Chief Bogo calls them out as a team at the end of the movie: "Officers Grizolli, Fangmeyer, Delgato: Tundratown SWAT" -> Fangmeyer is the female Tiger, Delgato is the male Lion and Grizzoli is de white Wolf). Then he calls out "Snarlov, Higgins, Wolford: undercover", it's obvious here WOLFord is the dark furred wolf.
