I think that it is abnormal to get the evaluation that a poor quality scan is high in.

Even if it follows that his scan stimulates other scanners in a bad meaning, can you say the same thing?
I am going to replace a scan basically; but do not think that all scanners have the same feeling.
I think that the cooperation system between scanners goes to the bad direction.
I unfortunately, can not agree with his approach.
In the case of me, the motivation about the scan decreases very much.
This is my opinion only.
I want to know the opinion of other scanner & uploader.

I'm not another scanner or uploader but basically this guy does poor quality scans and small resolution scans.
There are a few possible reasons for this, one of them is to just being first, which follows getting w/e currencies this site gives though I don't know how that works entirely.
He could be like a poor dude who has a terrible scanner or just rips off somewhere else that gives these scans instead of actually finding proper scans like kouya does, which applies both digital and non-digital.

Not like he cares though, since he's first and everything to upload, everyone goes and gets them anyway until someone uploads a better scan. That is always 50/50 though cause some scanners are like translation groups, so they won't upload a different, better scan cause a copy is already here. One of the reasons why scanners like kouya are amazing cause he takes the time to give us real scans and tells them to replace the crap ones.
