Actually, Tadanohito decided not to translate this after he found out it was already licensed and translated by Project-H under the title "Hard Temptation." It's been out awhile now.

I'm not sure Granten, but my best guess is that the commissioner from Doujin Moe didn't think it was translated in the first place. Not a retranslation, but rather, just a translation, if my guess is correct.

@Marien: Click on "English Manga" at the top of the main page and scroll down. Much faster than trying to look for individual mangas. Amazon and other websites also sell their mangas, too. Hell, you could even Google it and get a shit-ton of results.

Seriously though, I understand what you're saying now. But what frustrates me the most is that I couldn't have been the only person who knew about this. Seeing this reminded me of Kentaroh's Lingerie Panic, where somebody commissioned the entire tank without realizing it had already been translated on R18.com. I didn't want a repeat of that. Thankfully, it won't happen.

@THDragon: That's pretty fucked up. I agree, commissioning stuff that's already been translated is dumb. But when the existing translation isn't on here and stuck behind a paywall, you can't blame somebody for not knowing about it. I personally never go to that site, and now that you brought it to my attention, I looked into it. I tried to see if there are any translations for things I'm interested in and I couldn't find anything. Not even THIS story by searching for the author's name, as it is on EH. "Hoshino Ryuichi" on there yields no results but "Ryuichi Hoshino" does. Talk about being rudimentary.. If someone did check to see if a translation was on there they might miss it if they don't type it in the way the site has it listed.

Who the fuck cares if it is already translated that translation isn't here is it? No it isn't. It sucks big sweaty donkey balls if this translation remains incomplete because their existing an official copy. Project-H hasn't come here to raise shit about it have they? There hasn't mention of expunging right? I personally don't give 2 shits about Project-H cause I was looking forward to this translation even though I don't have a stake in it. Right now though it looks like the only way I'm gonna be able to read this is if I learn how to read Japanese.

@Marien Commissioning something that is already translated isn't fucked up or dumb especially when you don't know if it is translated and don't see said translated version on a site like this one. Doing a search for Hoshino Ryuichi or Ryuichi Hoshino Hard Temptation Eng brings up site where you can purchase a physical copy (if there are any available) or a digital copy not a single one, from what I could see, is someone posting it on a site for possible viewing and/or downloading and Project-H has had it for about 2 years. If there are people who have Hard Temptation they sure as hell ain't sharing it online. In my opinion Project Hentai's translation might as well not exist or be an urban legend cause it is pretty much no where else online in english.

@constantly Please keep translating this manga. Even with Project H showing they translated it not a trace other than what is on their site shows that it really exists at all.

I'll also add this with this unofficial translation going belly up the odds of us seeing an english translation are about 1 and the number of humans alive on earth. Outside of buying it the english version and this partial translation it doesn't exist.

I will say this if somehow I manage to get hold of Hard Temptation I'm gonna share it how ever I can no hesitation no worries no regrets.

The things you learn when you do a lot of searching.... Managed to find a torrent for Project-H's version gonna spend sometime checking a few things.
