Not a bad story as the ending wasn't bad and the guy got the girl, but still author forced some jokes in a bad places , why would she use contraceptives lol? and say it's ok if it's you to do it inside, and later just say an excuse like oh, I wanted to see what you would do if said it was ok" it sounds so lame .. and the ending the guy that cared the most for the girl used her body in that way? like he even kicked his friend before for being rough, author could've been more clear, and the 3 chapter would fit better between 1-2 instead of being last one. Although it's not explicit said, I think it was to see if he'd take responsibility of having a baby/family with her, some guys who don't want a serious relationship would have backed away at the idea of getting someone you don't care (and don't want to pay for children services) pregnant.

The author is among my very favorites, but this one is all over the place in both tone and quality. And what a place to end it on, with yet another girl who just can't control herself around random bathroom assholes. So that's pretty disappointing for what had a fairly promising start. Oh well.

Also, people can't read what other people write. The body is still a woman, regardless of whose spirit is piloting it. Dartmuth: some people erroneously believe it's the emotional stealing that bothers people, but that's just plain wrong. It is especially a physical issue. People get pissed off and disturbed when the girl is enjoyed by men other than the protag (and it's a very natural reaction to be honest, whoever argues "you can't take it" sounds as manly as a nu-male who thinks he's cool for being into an open relationship), not the fact she enjoys it and turns into a slut. You know, I don't often like 'rewrites', but I'd love to see a rewrite of this(maybe leave a few pages out) that implies that he owns the body and the 'girls' soul has passed on. I don't know, but the chemistry between the two leading up to the reveal was so nice that I just wanted to see it be a happy ending for the Misumi with him living happily ever after as the girlfriend of the protagonist. Not that I didn't like how this turned out, but until it's revealed that he's just got the body for a little while and Chapter 2 starts, there was no character development for Marui, yet I was already attached to Misumi and didn't want to see him go. It'd be one thing if Marui was developed a bit more before Chapter 2, but as it is, I find myself wishing it would have turned out differently.

Oh well, still an amazing piece of work :D.

My main point though was that the pages at the end were clearly just bonus. They can be taken out of the story and it makes absolutely no difference so it doesn't make sense why people are getting so upset that a hentai is pandering (or maybe Ruuen Rouga likes that stuff idk) to a crowd that would enjoy that without actually sacrificing story.

After a few hours (and measured success with other things), got a reasoning for that, for ya; even though it is the friend in control at that point, (according to some [alright, maybe one] accounts) the friend was the one we got to know and had a measured amount of chemistry with the guy. Maybe it's also the "You end the first chapter with him gut-checking the guy so he won't treat her body roughly, then after a timeskip reveal later that same night he goes and screws random strangers." Sure there were "extenuating circumstances," but when aren't there such things in NTR?

Furthermore, person of whatever gender identity ye subscribe to, you think too highly of people if you think it takes some massive emotional attachment to anything for people to be outraged. Outrage culture is, if you'll pardon the simpler explanation, all the rage. I see where you're coming from, but my problem is more with what the friend did. He knowingly backstabs the MC, and only after he dies does he come clean, and then he wants him to fill in for him. I mean even if she does like the MC, it just feels like he's acting like a replacement. He'll always know that they're only together because the friend died. If the friend knew that the MC liked her, he'd also know that going "I was fucking her behind your back, and now that I'm gone you need to take care of her" is a dick move.

(Q) Are they really victims if they don't know about it?

(A) Yes!, since the one(s) being betrayed don't need to be aware of the betrayal according the fhc standards of netorare, which everyone swears by.

Using this logic I see now that this falls under Type A NTR. Misumi was the betrayer and Gaku & Nana were the betrayed, even if they were not aware of it, since the victim's knowledge of the infidelity in not a requisite for NTR. Furthermore the perpetrator(Misumi) feels guilt for 2 separate acts of betrayal: 1) Knowingly and consensually engaging in sexual congress with multiple people other than his lover/partner. 2) Secretly carrying on a romantic/sexually relationship with the object of his frinds desires, behind his back for years.
If it wasn't for the fact that he felt guilt over these acts, it wouldn't have enough support to be NTR. It's flimsy I know, but it passes the bar.
