Kyoka- Doesn't get pregnant from night 1 or the month later but does get pregnant after she has sex with the guy who focused on her. Since storyline is hybrid she could be trying to get him arrested but it is taking too much time so she is having sex with him and Yuu. She has no idea who the father is but she is convincing herself it is Yuu. The guy who focused on her turned on the others so got a reduced sentence and was out in time for he baby bump to show.

I am not sure what you said is true or not because I can not read light novel but some guys mentioned author did not write much about Yuikia and Koharu. He only focus on Kyoka and she got pregnant was confirmed.

Boy is living with his grandpa, parents are dead. Grandfather falls ill and he goes to live with his neighbour, a widow and her 2 daughter. A sexual relationship developers between the boy and the three women. All is going well until they decide to go on vacation to the inn (the one in here).

This is where the story seems to divert.
In one path the boy stays awake and has sex with the three of them and the group of rapists black mail them into having sex with them. I don't know how this path ends. That's basically the story occurring here.

In the other path the boy is drugged and knocked out and the three women are drugs with aphrodisiacs and raped, and then they're black mailed afterwards. The three women stop having sex with the boy (they become pregnant with by the rapists) and they work to have the rapists arrested (they were running a rape/porn business). The three women have abortions, the boy decides to stop relying on them (for sex) and starts investing in exercise and his studies to one day be able to get a good job and support / take-care of the three women like they've done for him. He's more or less purposefully oblivious to the fact that the women were being raped.
