@DKnight_EH, actually, I think the cellmate of the original guy that got TGed(Patient Zero) is immune. It appears to be him in the first few pages of the first chapter. And then here on the first 2 pages, we see all of the other men that had contact with 'Patient Zero' have changed, yet he's standing off to the side, unchanged. I think the story here is supposed to be one of those '99% of the world fell victim to the virus' type scenarios, with eventually just a handful of 'alpha males' go unchanged.

Come to think of it, I just used google translate(lol) on the title. It's mostly gibberish, as always, but It pretty much is something like '90% of the prisoners' got transformed("Booty of Prison to 90 percent of prisoners who suddenly became a woman -")
