The gallery theme/title is referring to the MLP:FiM Season #5 finale, where the episode ran the audience through multiple apocalyptic &/or dystopian scenarios of a ruined Equestria due to the episode villain's (Starlight Glimmer) malicious and repeated tampering with the Elements of Harmony ponies' timeline.

No idea about the Robot Chicken skit part, but nor would it surprise me ;)
