I'm not the greatest ZuiKaga fan (I blame hino (from 2nd life circle) and his adorable straight Zuikaku fanarts for that), but dang this was sure a nice and adorable thing to read ^^

.P.S.: Wouldn't make more sense to have Ta class impersonating Kongou? I always thought of her as an abyssalized Kongou class...

The translation of the main punchline (p. 27 - "Where your hair is all tied up, it's been out this entire time!") sounds really awkward and has me confused. The only meaning of "hair being out" I am aware of is "the opposite of hair contained under a hat", which makes no sense since Kaga never wears a hat.

From "reading" the raw without really knowing Japanese, the gist I got from the line was something like "The spot where you tie up your hair... it's always off to one side!", i.e. Wo being Captain Obvious.
