I think you missed a bit of meaning in pg23, or at least, you changed it unnecessarily.

When Eirin tells Yuyuko it's okay if she doesn't try harder, she means they don't need her and it's okay if she stops. When she asks Youmu's opinion "どう思う" "what do you think?" as in "what do you think of her not cheerleading?" , Youmu's answer, "また泣かれると面倒ですし" Should be something more like "It'll be a bother if she starts crying again." implying if they don't let her cheer, she's just going to start crying and Youmu is going to be the one who has to deal with it. Eirin's response, "あなたも大変ねえ" isn't anything as accusatory as "you're awful!" It was more sympathizing, "You have it pretty tough too, don't you" because pretty much everyone else knows how much of a bother Yuyuko is in this fanon.
