The personality of the original girls are most likely gone Dude, if you follow the trend in most of Date's stuff. There's a small chance that maybe the original personality resurfaces when the guys leave the bodies, but doubt it.

From what I understood the girls personalities remained in the guys previous bodies (which they had already stolen before), bodies they get rid off in the last page.
So I'm afraid there's no way for the girls to get their bodies back. I'm not even sure they're alive by the end, since we don't know what they intend by getting rid off the bodies.

Well, My best guess is that:
- They left their original male bodies with that "drug" to possess the girls.
- The girls somehow go into the far subconsiousness (they never left the body and just their remaining memories etc are left which are then taken over by the boys)
- The boys can now live happily the lives of and as the girls (since they know everything and have everything from them)
- The boys old bodies, which they want to get rid off, will be taken to the usual place xD

So the girls "souls" are probably dead (or in the far depths of the subconsious), but the bodies were taken over (and probably taken really care of) by the boys.

The interesting question is; When the boys take over all of the girls memories, their behavior, etc. Will they probably forget their former own memories and live the live of the girls.
Will they then remember that they have been boys and taken over the girls?
If it is, they probably killed the girls and themselves and then live as a hybrid entity :D

But whatever. This might not be the first time they did it and threw away other persons bodies they took over, or their former original old bodies were already threwn away.
(Meh explaining is really hard, but I hope you get it xD)
