Dude that's a great way to identify where these translators could possibly come from. Instead of wasting time writing an essay I've decided to categorize some of these recent uploaders I've tagged on my "blacklist":

Aside from tcsww uploading almost daily it looks like the ratio is pretty equal between traditional and simplified translators.
I wanted to avoid pointing multiple fingers, and Taiwan is a smaller country overall, but I guess its time to go back to the roots of flipping the bird at CN/TW now.

This means CeChinese is a hybrid uploader. Could be Hong Kong or Chinese based. Will send a PM since this is a super late response.

And how did you infer that he is Taiwanese? All I see is Simplified Chinese, which is a strong indication that he isn't from Taiwan.

I'm all for uploading raws, but if you want to point fingers, point them at the right people.
