link provided turns up a blank account, though it is know for this particular author to remove all their content randomally and turn up again at later dates (reappearance sometimes takes a few months),
the artist states as such on his account as follows: " 絵は急に消えたりします " (translation: picture will disappear suddenly).
which is a shame because i personally like his portrayal of an overtly top heavy tifa.
