Red's ramblings: It's nice (and very rare) when the RAW provided clearly states who was the scanner. Cheers, soliloquy. Also, double cheers to svines85 who is doing a lot of good work (and with transparent bubbles editing, too) helping EHCOVE with our editing backlog (which is still at 10+ scripts waiting for an editor, see https://e-hentai.org/bounty.php?search=ehcove&t=e&s= and PM me if you want to help).

E-hentai tip of the gallery:

7) Correct order is important. If you see a gallery with incorrect order (including front cover not being the very first page), you can upload a correctly ordered replacement. Remember: details do matter! You can learn more about what are the valid reason to replace a gallery at https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showtopic=19709

Yeah scanners are often left out of the credits when it comes to translations. They're like the infantry of hentai mangas and doujins I guess lol.
Oh yeah is the anime good? I was thinking about picking this up for some time now.

yeah this anime was good, imagine fantasy heroes and villains transported into a world where they had to be broke-ass twentysomethings with shitty jobs and thats this anime

Good, not great. Main problem was just too short, the story barely gets started - then the anime ends. Sigh.

@Red_Piotrus

Allegedly due to the... (backer? sponsor?) person behind nabbing the project for production being a Chiho shipper and she allegedly gets a lot less focus after the season we got.

Not really She and Emila get about the same focus but Emila does get a lot closer. It covered about 3 books which is normal for a season. It isn't a hot property so it getting multiple seasons that quickly was always unlikely. Chiho does become one of Maou's generals Emila just ends up being more important to the story due to her mother who was not only the person that inspired Maou as a child but has been working behind the angels back who are pretty much destroin the other world

Emilia has a much more interesting backstory then Chiho, through if you say Chiho becomes a "general", wow, that a plot twist I'd like to see, lol. I guess I may have to go read the manga as I doubt we will get more anime.

It only covered the first 2 books. Not the 3rd. Yeah, 3 LNs is kinda typical for one season of an anime adaptation, but these books in particular are very plot-dense (not that the anime didn't leave a bunch of things out, because it did), and the anime added in a ton of comedy on top of that to stretch out the time even further (the books are far less comedic in tone overall than the anime [and spend a ton more time with Emi introspecting]).

@Red_Piotrus
Read the light novels. Seriously, the manga adaptation is nothing compared to them, as tends to be the case with manga adapted from LNs.
