Page 2 says that the worms are implanting eggs into the female body, triopsate. I would think a better criticism would be why go through the trouble of implanting eggs in a host when you're just going to carry that host and feed it anyway. It would take less resources and energy to just carry the eggs to term yourself than to carry the host carrying your eggs to term after you've gone through the work of capturing and subduing her. That isn't even touching the question of how/when those eggs got fertilized.

Though we are trying to apply scientific thinking to hentai. I think someone needs to come up with a hentai version of the MST3K mantra.
