Some advice:

1: Use various fonts, for every japanese font use a seperate one some fonts i use: CC Wild Words, Anime ACE, Comic Book, I want my TTR, Razing
2: You actually dont have to show how the character says something, it aint that important if he uses おれ(ore) 私(watashi) ぼく(boku)... aslong as you translate it right.
3: In my preference either you translate all SFX or none, there many people that dont even care about them however if you do either remove the japanese one completely or
if you're too lazy translate it in a similar way as the japanese one next to it

I know some phrases may seem weird since I read a lot of h-manga also so can see the difference in the style of translations between me and others.

I can't stand NTR but this had no effect on me. Not because of gender or anything like that, but because we're given no reason to care at all about Kaede. In fact she comes across as selfish and controlling in their relationship which I think was attempted to be rectified here with the drinking scene. It's still not enough to make her seem like anyone you actually care about, where as Mitsuki is willing to give up everything to be with him. It's not about being cruel or manipulative (though she is) it's about her feelings but we're given no reason as to why Kaede loves him other then they just happen to be in a relationship.

If you reversed it and he was cheating on Mitsuki to be with Kaede it would be far more distressing that he's giving up a woman who passionately loves him for a kind of dictatorship/restrained relationship.

Yeah, the (ore) (boku) thing needs to be fixed. The meaning behind his switch from (boku) to (ore) is clear, he is referring to himself in a more masculine way and thereby asserting his dominance over Mitsuki, but there has to be a more organic way of making this clear without the use of notes like that.

What "mould" is this that you speak of? Is it, perhaps, the vagina? Because it seems that no matter what, unless the male explicitly states that he "can't go back to before" (which even then is fought, see exhibit THIS DROP), the netorare tag can't properly apply to the "male" namespace.
