Akari didn't die and the dude isn't banging his own daughter, he's banging the the daughter of the guy who imprisoned Akari and the blonde haired maid is taking care of Akari in a hospital. Akari faked her death in attempt to be free of that mansion with all those crazy maids.

I may be wrong, but basically no father/daughter incest is -depicted- here, because even if Shiyou is Jinbo and Akari daughter, and she was raised as an "adopted child" in the mansion (having sex with her father from what's written into the notes), the author never shows any sexual intercourse between them.
