Yuuji Akitsu is in a rut. His work is suffering, no one invites him to anything, and he spends his nights masturbating. He attributes this to his ex-girlfriend, Mana, leaving him. She was his first love and he can not get over her.

One day, he encounters his Mana by chance. Now pregnant and married, she flirts with him at a cafe. That leads to Yuuji and Mana having sex at a nearby hotel. While they have their fun, Yuuji realizes that the Mana he dated was shy and insecure about sex, but the current Mana is incredibly lewd and uninhibited. After their session, she invites Yuuji to have a threesome with her husband. During the threesome, it's made obvious to Yuuji that not only did the husband 'train' Mana to be as lewd as she is now, but that they have had threesomes with other people. Yuuji frustratingly wonders how many men she's slept with, but also realizes the same pleasure that changed her is changing him.

In the last chapter, it's revealed that he's kept up his sexual encounters with Mana and her husband. Yuuji also has been brining friends and acquaintances over to have sex with Mana. He invites his co-workers this time for another night of fun, but Mana happens to give birth that night. Yuuji realizes he's now gotten over Mana as his 'first love', quits his company, and runs a porn site featuring Mana. He and Mana still have sex and he wonders whether her second child will belong to him, her husband, or one of her many partners.

Those who do not know or did not keep track of his blog, this artist recently broke up with his 2 or 3 years girlfriend. She wanted him to marry him but as soon as she took him to see her parents (it is common in Japanese culture) and the parents found out what he does, they refused to go along with the proposal. Well, if the husband and her are OK with it, then who cares? At least, everyone's happy at the end too. Yuuji-kun gets to do it with a willing hot slut, and makes a profit in the process, all the the while the husband and Mana being alright with it.

Ouch, must've been a bitch of a situation to have that happen to him. He commits 3 years to the relationship, then bang, it goes puff because she couldn't stand his fetishes (her parents probably being too strict too). On the bright side, however, it might've been for the best. Getting a divorce later on would've probably hurt more :/

By what the mangaka feels, this is his "Final Fantasy" with his girlfriend.

@dogma : I guess his girlfriend and her parents are some rare case of Japanese who put moral as highest thing. I can understand why the girl is furious. She thinks being mangaka is common now but probably he lies about what manga he draws. Of course, it is his own fault for not telling the truth from the start.

At least this mangaka doesn't experience real NTR after having child like other famous mangaka.
