While there are significant issues with eh tagging and probably always will be due to long standing philosophy, I'm not sure you're on the mark in this case since there is the "females only" tag. You can search for that along with "yuri" to ensure there's nothing else. Or as another approach, you could specifically exclude or tag-flag "ffm threesome" and the like. Flagging those both separately can be helpful too, if it's just "yuri" by itself without "females only" then there's a higher chance of other stuff being part of the mix too. It's not ideal but it's not like there is nothing.

Yuri is a completely correct tag. People who don't want to see a male should help tagging all the "females only" galleries properly. But most users just assume all the tagging should be done for them.

There are worse issues with the tagging in this gallery. For example, f:miko and m:military are not correct since Kaga/Akagi and the Admiral are not in their usual clothing. Also, f:harem and ffm threesome aren't the acts being depicted at all. Both problems stem from people not bothering to check the gallery nor knowing the definition of the tag they are voting for. They are just voting making the most predictable assumption about the content.

Tagging is something users who care about it should actively help with, but they also should inform themselves properly before doing so.
