Additional fun facts to accompany @Chojiin's facts about the prostate/paraurethral gland:
When you're developing as a fetus, you initially develop a single set of nonspecific genitals which are identical whether you're male or female. Later on in the pregnancy, you create certain hormones that trigger the development into either female or male genitalia. Every single part of the male anatomy has an equal in the female anatomy, and vice-versa, the clearest example being that the male testicles are developed from the same thing as the female ovaries. Later in the cycle of growth, the testicles descend, while the ovaries stay firmly in place.
This is also why there are no known fully functional hermaphrodites in the real world. You only grow ONE set of genitals at the start, regardless of what your x and y chromosomes say, which leads to that single set trying to become both female and male genitals at the same time for those with XXY chromosomes. This, of course, leads to issues. There's a chance some additional parts will be made by the time the baby is fully developed, but it's less 'additional parts' and more 'stubby bits that don't do anything'.

@Chojiin homologous means "shared ancestry".
A man's penis and a womans clitoris are homologous as they both form from the same protoorgan in a fetus, a mans testicle and a womans ovaries are also homologues.
While the skene gland is homologous to a prostate, it is in fact NOT actually a prostate, the same way that a penis is not actually a clitoris
