Is there really need to downvote Kayla-Na's post especially considering the choice isn't completely in their hands?

Anyway the reason is pretty much, Kayla-Na was doing specifically Undertale commissions, which gave this a lot more visibility in searches than other works, people spammed the shit out of Toby's email about it, which is how he got involved.
Toby's main issue was that Kayla-Na was specifically advertising Undertale commissions, and I actually didn't see anything about this in the email screenshot, but I'm guessing this was covered elsewhere while they were talking.
