The history of raising funds through the artwork is not good. I am doing commissions at the moment but I can not do them fast enough to make a difference and comics have not sold well enough to pay for their production (sadly, this was the result of digital comics being files shared against specific instructions not to). I got the idea for possibly funding the remake from those who use Patreon to fund their comic projects, like ManaWorld Comics and several on IB. Patreon did not work out for me but there is no harm of posting on what few forums I am on. Donations go to my tribe, which is a registered non profit charity and thus donations are also tax deductible for those in the US. I would rather the artwork pays for itself by being purchased, I hate asking for donations to do the project but like PBS, ask for a donation and get something in return.

John, you have little room to call people assholes when you run about the place removing the commissioned worked for Faithry after he "supposedly" died. I mean really, why should anyone treat you with a single modicum of respect with actions like that for work that has been up for literally years and has never once been removed until very shortly after he died.

Hey fucktard DRACKMORe. No I didn't go around removing the faithry commissioned art which by law I am the owner of. I gave the commissioners permission to post the commissions as long as it is the commissioner doing it. I had removed the postings that were illegally. And by the way asshole, Faithry's father has granted me permission to continue using Faithry because Felix (his son and Faithry's creator wanted the character to continue) and now I have control over the use and distribution of the character... so new commissions and stories are being made at this very minute. By law, since none of these commissions were specifically contracted as 'works for hire', I actually, and legally, still own the copyright to the artwork and commissioned pieces. If it was a work for hire, all rights would belong to the person who commissioned the piece. I did not know this fact until just after Felix's sudden death. Yes, his father contacted me. He went though his emails and saw the last messages he received was from me and I had the unpleasant duty of notifying his fans. For some reason Felix made me the official artist for his character. Personally, I saw someone else's work which I thought was far better than mine. Maybe that person did not want to do commissions, I have no idea.. not to mention Felix respected my will not draw list so all commissions were on Faithry's behavior are actually toned down a great deal. I found out, through others that knew and RPed with Felix, that Faithry could be very dark and far more disturbing.

SO get your facts straight before to complain about what happened asshole... and if you hate me that much why are you so intent on getting my artwork, fucktard? Hate me, hate my artwork, you can't have it both ways.
