Also, the author of this (as noted by following the FA link) did all of the translation themselves, and they say they're bad at English. Thus, not uploader's responsibility. Pages don't need to be edited or cleaned because they have the intended details. Sure, there are some lines that don't match up, and colouring that goes outside the lines, but that's due to the artist's handling, again not the uploader's responsibility. The only thing you're right about is that the manga-ka isn't identified. Your reasoning is very much unjustified.
