Not bad.

One thing I appreciate about any fan-art (hentai or non-h) about Tracer is when they remember to keep her Chronal Stabilizer harness on. Tracer has to keep her harness on at all times, or she loses her physical form due to the unstable time-energies that saturates her body; like how X-Men's Cyclops must keep his ruby visor on at all times. That attention to character detail and accuracy is what makes fan-art good.
