Synopsis attempt. This is from skimming the whole thing so beware of possible mistakes. Also, prepare for WALL OF TEXT:

- Chapter 1
Pretty self-explanatory. Yuusuke (MC) is in love with his buddy's mom, Marie. She catches him masturbating to her and ends up accepting doing it "just once". Few days later, they're at it again.

- Chapter 2
At the bar, Marie meets with Kenichi, her ex-boyfriend and Yuusuke's father. After sex, she asks him why he didn't marry her. He says that she was too beautiful, good as a girlfriend but not really as a wife (WTF kind of reason is that?). She says she had been waiting for him to take her away from that town. At the end of the chapter, her son catches her doing it with Yuusuke.

- Chapter 3
Kenichi comes in and takes away Yuusuke's computer and cellphone, telling him not to go to school for the day. Yuusuke's mom has discovered the affair and is really angry, also suspecting Marie to have gone to a love hotel with her husband (mom sure is sharp here). Marie promises not to meet the two of them again. Yuusuke meets with Marie's son, who says his parents and teacher are angry at him, his dad having hit him a number of times. He also reveals he was the one who uploaded the movie of Yuusuke and Marie. At school, Yuusuke is asked by a couple of students for more videos of Marie, or even to get introduced to her, which makes Yuusuke angry.
Yuusuke and Marie meet. Marie got shaven by her husband so that she won't cheat again (? I don't get the reasoning either). When they're having sex in the car, Yuusuke says that he wants to elope with her, leaving the town. Marie objects, saying that's a child's reasoning, as she has a family already and they have nowhere to go. She wants things to end there, but Yuusuke refuses. After sex, he says he'll leave the town in the last train of the day, even if alone.
When leaving, Yuusuke is caught by Kenichi, who suspected this would happen. Kenichi returns Yuusuke's cellphone, telling him to call if something happens. As he leaves, he tells Yuusuke to make Marie happy. Marie's family is trying to put things behind and go back to normal. At the end, Yuusuke is the only passenger in the train, which starts to leave.

- Chapter 4
Yuusuke is feeling down since Marie didn't come. However she's waiting at the next station, as she didn't have time to meet him at the previous one. As he wonders why she decided to come, she reveals that she's pregnant with (probably) his baby, and that she always wanted to leave that town. As they have sex, they see an illusion of a Marie the same age as Yuusuke. Threesome! Yuusuke wakes up as they reach the end of the line in the middle of nowhere. Marie notes that they're like exiles from Heaven. As they walk, she wonders if this is real, as there shouldn't be such a deserted land beyond their town, and says they might be both in bed, dreaming. Yuusuke says he'll test it out: he'll clap 3 times and they will wake up. Marie stops him before the third, saying she doesn't want to wake up from this happiness. Yuusuke answers, "me neither".

Whew! That was way longer than I intended. Chapter 4 became really weird at the end there. The dream/illusion was a poor excuse for a threesome IMO, and the whole "stuck in the middle of nowhere, is this a dream?" really confused me. Still, good sex all around and great art, so I can't complain.
