He used to be the shit 10 years ago, but now it's like there's nothing new or interesting about his art, it's the same poses and faces again and again, not to mention those weird looking blurry backgrounds...
If no one told me this was the 2015 art pack I would probably have thought that it was just some random art you found in his art gallery from years ago...

Is anyone else feeling underwhelmed? When I saw the gallery title I was super excited because I have not seen anything new from dr.comet in ages. I'm disappointed by the small amount of content and similar characters I guess. Props to hecatom for posting this though. Before now I was entirely convinced Dr.comet was no longer making art.

well, he's depressed and unmotivated to draw after seeing as he can't make living with kemono/furry art alone so maybe that?
which is also why people started to let it take some time before posting artists works because we know very well how it fucks with artists profit

Hey, I've always been a Dr C fan and even bought his first 5 CD sets years ago at $40 a pop.

But this is definitely his most underwhelming set by far. If no one told me this was in fact Dr Comet certified work, then I would of assumed somebody was taking his old works and just recoloring them and slightly editing facial expressions. Because that is exactly what is going on here!

Dr Comet has literally redone his old pieces with new color schemes and slight edits and is presenting them as new? If Dr C is bent out of shape about not enough people buying his CD's so he could make a living off them, then he shouldn't be charging 40 freaking dollars a disc!!! Also, Dr C at the height of his work production was only putting out 1 new volume CD like every year or every 2 years. That's totally unacceptable if you plan on making a living off it. You gotta be committed like Palcomix and Milftoons and keep pumping stuff out. He should look into commissions if he wants to make money. Not putting out a gallery once in a blue moon and get mad when people aren't willing to shell out almost fifty bucks for stuff that will be quickly uploaded somewhere for free.
