I just noticed the names of the tenants and their styles are the same as Joshi Luck... it more like this was the prototype. im just hoping changing the names a bit to avoid confusion that the 2 series are related >.<

This was started before Girls Lacrosse Club. Distance started working with Wani and due to Wani not having the rights to Motenai Girls, he was unable to finish it, so he re-used the characters and even basic story idea since he figured he'd never get to finish Motenai Girls (which he now has a chance to complete).

Girls Lacrosse Club disappeared like almost every other Wani owned story on this site.

Thank you very much for this! At last the error of calling Aoi-nee his aunt, which was in the previous translation, has been fixed.

For those of you who want continuation to this series, Distance is planning to do that in this new magazine. The next issue will have a full color version of chapter 2, and the issue after that will contain the completely new chapter 3 (source: the bottom text of page 3 in this gallery).

Now for the bad news, the announced schelude for chapter 3 didn't hold, and it is not known when it will be released. Distance has been in some kind of a slump in the past months. He(/She?) was also supposed to have a chapter in HOTMILK 2015-10, which didn't happen. (On the basis of Distance's twitter and my bad Japanese skills I believe he has had health issues.)

Distance has apologized in his blog, and says he tries his best to get work done. Also, in the comments of the most recent blog post (http://doubutusan2009.blog42.fc2.com/blog-entry-109.html#comment) it is confirmed that there are still plans to continue Motenai Girl.

I like how this is literally the Lacrosse Club people except it's at an apartment instead of a school club, and with the obsessive one and the tsundere get their personalities switched.

Not that I'm complaining, mind you. Distance does good work and I'll never get tired of these girls. Already saw the first two chapters a while back but it's nice to see them again, and I hope to see it continue this time.

Maybe i am being just a fan, but, to think that somebody can think he can do a better job at translating than desudesu, i find it outrageous. Can you please tell me where the original translation has been improved? I think that desudesu has a high quality standar, just because i am a fan of him (I like his translations), i don't have an actual proof.

Yeah, she was said to be his aunt in Desudesu's translation. It says cousin in both these raws and the old raws though. I can't think of anyway that 従弟 could be construed as "aunt", and Desudesu even said cousin once in his translation as well. Not sure where aunt came from, though I'm going to chalk it up to a simple mistake. Sometimes people get a certain idea in their head and just can't get rid of it, like when you keep misspelling/saying a name that you know the correct spelling/pronunciation to.
