It took a damn long time to clean and edit all the HAAAA's and NNNNGHH's, but I'll be damned if that shit doesn't look a lot more polished because of it. Gonna get started on Tentacle Syndrome 3 this week so I'll try to get it out before the weekend.

About 20-30min per page mostly to look up kanji and also to typeset all the god damn onomatopoeia. Is your translation much different than mine?

A little different, but not by too much. Mostly grammatical/structural differences to make it easier to read in English. There's also a spelling mistake on page 7, but that's just nitpicking.
Only asking for frame of reference because it eventually takes me at least an hour per page because of all those moans, and I was wondering if you might have had the same issue.

An hour per page sounds pretty excessive; what program are you using? I'm on Gimp for editing and it's pretty easy to use once you get the hotkeys down.

Gimp, as well. Handy little tool. Most of the time likely comes from being finicky with the text and its positioning, haha. "Does this look right here?" and whatnot.
