Thanks for the digital upload, please check gallery content before trusting titles shown on English versions of JP online stores. DMM or DLsite are about as accurate as mugimugi/doujinshi.org on this.

The two options here are Megalopolis or Megalo Police/Megalopolice depending on whether there's a pun intended, leaving that to FMA experts.
