Zhon here's my humble opinion; it's very difficult to find stories where the netorare and cheating tags are found together because usually one negates the other. I also believe it is netorare rather than cheating because cheating usually involves lucid, sober individuals who know exactly what they are doing and what could the consequences be right from the start. Netorare is more of a gradual thing most of the time. They won't be into it at first but won't have the choice or will be forced to do it anyhow. They will not always be 100% willing even at the end but they'll be pretty close to, being submerged by extacy and all. As for rape, it would involve the raped character being against the sex from beginning to end.

I believe that part when they say "That Daa-san of yours is cheating" is more of a lie to push her to do it rather than them telling the truth. Daa-San doesn't look like his mind is working properly there, he's probably less than half conscious of what he's doing. Besides, you can see that he thinks he's with Kyouko when things begin at page 4.
