As an avid reader of Fred Perry's Gold Digger series, montly subscriber, and owner of every GD comic and almost all his side comics, I can say that yes, Joe Reale's style looks to be heavily influenced by Fred Perry's style.

A few years ago, when I stumbled upon this guys work at Furaffinity, I was trying to figure out why the style seemed so familiar. Didn't take long when I realized that this art style looks an awful lot like FP's art style from roughly 1998-1999. The one off Beta issue comes to mind.

Joe Reale's work is pretty good, but I can't stand it when he gives furries "hairy armpits" it looks redundant and completely distracting. Decent artist that seems to be heavily inspired by Fred Perry.
