Seriously though; it looks like she (or whoever did the painting), put X-Men Movie Mystique level detail into the body paint (must have taken a long time [although not as long as Mystique, since it doesn't cover her entire body).

@Cyndrus: Man, you should have seen all of the headaches and bitching that was caused when the race called Dragonborn was introduced into Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition, with the female having.....Breasts!!!! 0_0
