@Craigg- If you have read any of the works by Circle "Behind Moon", then you should be aware that this is a work of Science Fiction where the science of today is not necessarily the science of the story; i.e., the normal rules don't apply. This is a story. Fantasy. It is not real, so it need not follow any rules of common sense. It is closed-minded thinking like this that is preventing the Human Race from evolving intellectually. Science Fiction is made into Reality all of the time. Just pick any work of Science Fiction from the past, and I guarantee that something that was impossible at the time of writing is, or will be, Science Fact. Obviously, I am not talking about every work of fiction nor every item contained therein.

Personally, I really enjoy Behind Moon's and Q's work. Usually, the story is very good and the sex is always great, even if it is impossible by today's standard of knowledge. I hope they keep up the good work and we will see more futanari stories in the near future.
