@Dimitro: You're not wrong and I'd never object to a cosplay gallery being expunged (as they have) if an official art source can't be cited.
On the other hand, searching for "harley quinn dress" is this specific design in popular culture. (The latex version is by Pandora Deluxe Latex.) I don't believe anyone wearing this design is trying to be a generic harlequin.
