Well I guess it is easy to start off by viewing each fetish from a pyschological standpoint. Start by viewing the fetish by it either being dominant or submission. The "vorer" is dominant and the "voree" is the submissive one. Most fetishes stem frompersonal experience; some are more easy to pick up where they stem from. Ex. Anal fetish can stem from a more clean person getting a thrill from seeing what is considered filthy. Vore is tricky because the dominant person can see it as the way have complete control over a being as they compare to food or it could be from the desire of destruction. The submissive view can be the wanting of "oneness" or wanting to be a part of something. It can make them feel useful, having purpose.
Fetishes are fun to look into and discuss. Most of this is speculation on what I have seen from other people.
